Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Contracts Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts, including vendor agreements and service contracts
• Provide legal guidance on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, advising leadership on strategic solutions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
• 8+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in a diverse range of industries
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, particularly IntelAgree, is highly valued
• Ability to manage multiple contract matters simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
