Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, evaluate, and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Provide legal advice on key risks associated with commercial contracts in the construction industry
• Collaborate with internal clients to develop strategies for resolving contractual issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; Juris Doctor from a nationally accredited law school
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, particularly in construction contracts
• Good standing with any State Bar, including current CLE requirements
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Excel
