Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Contracts and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the contracts and procurement function with a focus on regulatory compliance for grants
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Monitor procurement activities and serve as the subject matter expert on procurement and contractual obligations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (JD or Master's preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in contract and procurement management, with at least 5 years in grant compliance
• In-depth knowledge of FFATA, 2 CFR 200, and state charitable solicitation laws
• Experience managing subawards and complex vendor relationships
• Proficiency with contract and grant management platforms
