Job Summary
Providing practical legal support in a remote environment, the full-time State Licensed Corporate Associate will advise on corporate finance transactions, draft and manage financing documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions and strategic initiatives
- Draft, review, and manage credit agreements and related financing documentation
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on significant corporate projects
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience
- Strong familiarity with business and non-legal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
