Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal issues related to the design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of personal lines products
• Provide state-level product design support to product managers as a strategic legal partner
• Conduct nationwide legal research and offer guidance on product-related legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience
• Active license to practice law in at least one state
• Experience drafting and reviewing policy forms and endorsements for personal lines insurance
• Experience working with state departments of insurance on rate, rule, and form filings
• Experience analyzing legislative and regulatory changes related to personal lines insurance
