Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee corporate governance functions in alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements
• Lead the planning and execution of board and committee meetings, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of materials
• Draft and file SEC documents and manage compliance processes related to corporate governance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 15+ years of total experience with 5+ years in corporate, securities, and public company reporting
• In-depth understanding of SEC regulations and corporate governance standards
• Strong work ethic with experience managing high-volume workloads under tight timelines
• Experience working on a diverse, cross-functional legal team
