Job Summary
Supporting the firm's Corporate Incentives practice on a full-time, 6-month remote contract basis, a mid-level State Licensed Corporate Attorney will manage transactional matters involving government and economic development incentives while collaborating with partners and associates on complex corporate issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Incentives practice on transactional matters
- Assist with analyzing, structuring, and documenting government incentive programs
- Conduct legal research and draft related transactional documents
Required qualifications
- Mid-level transactional attorney with 3-6 years of experience
- Strong corporate or general transactional background
- Active bar membership in the state of residence
- Experience with government incentives or economic development matters is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
