Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Medical Device and Diagnostics Partner (Commercial and Operational Contracting) will manage commercial agreements and operational workflows, leveraging extensive in-house legal experience in the medical device sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operational contracting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
• Support product, manufacturing, and supply chain functions through effective legal partnership
• Manage a high volume of legal matters while providing practical and business-focused legal advice

Required qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience as a General Counsel or in a senior legal role
• Significant expertise in commercial and operational contracting within the medical device or diagnostics industry
• Experience with global distribution and cross-border commercial models
