Job Summary
To support a high-level business law practice, the full-time remote State Licensed Corporate Attorney will advise sophisticated clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, manage transactions, and build trusted client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate governance, entity structuring, and strategic transactions
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and business transactions
- Independently manage multiple sophisticated matters while collaborating with attorneys across practice areas
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate, commercial, or business transactional law experience
- J.D. from a Top 100 U.S. law school
- Active bar license in the state of residence
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Experience advising sophisticated business clients
