Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Accounting Officer, the full-time remote State Licensed Corporate Controller will drive financial integrity, lead cross-functional workstreams, and champion digital innovation to support sustainable organizational growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Function as a strategic partner to ensure financial frameworks align with organizational objectives
• Oversee operational excellence by refining accounting infrastructures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Direct the preparation of financial statements and drive digital innovation in accounting operations

Required qualifications:

• Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed; Accountant preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7 years of experience required; 10 years preferred
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
