State Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time State Licensed Corporate Counsel, the remote Associate Corporate Counsel will provide commercial legal support to the sales organization, focusing on technology transactions, data privacy, and artificial intelligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including cloud services and SaaS agreements
• Engage with data privacy and artificial intelligence issues, preparing standard templates for recurring transactions
• Collaborate with business units to improve contracting standards and monitor legal developments affecting cloud-based solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing in any US State or Territory
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house legal role
• Strong skills in contract drafting and negotiation
• Ability to provide practical legal solutions and manage complex workloads independently
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high standards for integrity and collaboration
