Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Procurement and Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate inbound vendor agreements
• Lead the NDA review process while ensuring business efficiency
• Develop legal infrastructure, including templates and workflows for procurement and contracting

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 6+ years of legal experience in procurement and commercial contracting
• Experience negotiating technology and services contracts
• Excellent drafting skills for practical legal solutions
• Experience with legal workflow or contract management tools is a plus
