Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Procurement to negotiate and close contracts
• Draft and negotiate various agreements including NDAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state bar or European country
• 3-5 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience supporting a sales organization
• Ability to manage projects independently and work autonomously under pressure
• Comfort in navigating complexity and ambiguity in a lean team environment
