Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various in-house and third-party contracts
• Identify and communicate legal issues and business risks to internal decision-makers
• Train business teams on contract templates, processes, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience at an AM Law 100 firm
• 4+ years of experience as in-house counsel
• J.D. from an accredited law school with 8+ years of related experience
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of residence
• Experience in the pharma or medical device industry is a plus
