Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
• Support corporate governance, privacy, employment, and intellectual property legal issues
• Draft and negotiate vendor, IT, and employment agreements

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Two to five years of experience in corporate, healthcare, and/or privacy legal practice
• Experience advising healthcare companies is preferred
• At least one state bar admission and in good standing
