Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
• 3+ years of law firm training with substantive experience as a corporate generalist
• Demonstrated ability to act as a practical and responsive legal partner to businesses
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar where the candidate resides or practices
