Job Summary
Leading complex internal investigations into employee conduct and business integrity matters, the remote State Licensed Corporate Investigator will manage multiple cases concurrently, conduct interviews, analyze findings, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving employee misconduct and ethics concerns
- Manage multiple investigations concurrently, prioritizing based on risk and complexity
- Produce high-quality Reports of Investigation and present findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Demonstrated experience conducting internal investigations
- Background in employee relations, employment law, or workplace investigations
- Strong written communication skills for drafting investigative reports
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote environment
