Key responsibilities

• Manage and support M&A transactions, including due diligence and negotiation of asset purchase agreements
• Collaborate with law firm clients to deliver high-level corporate legal services remotely
• Adapt to varying workloads and client needs, providing flexible engagement options

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of M&A experience in a corporate practice group, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong transactional experience across multiple industries
• Outstanding professional references
