A company is looking for a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, Corporate and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs
• Review and edit content from colleagues and external contributors
• Support the development of AI-powered legal solutions using legal expertise

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• At least 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and Delaware case law
• Experience in drafting and negotiating M&A agreements
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with AI tools in legal work
