Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand general counsel services to clients, including corporate and IP legal services
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with a team of legal professionals
• Deliver high-quality legal engagements in a flexible, remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
• 3+ years of law firm training
• Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state where the candidate resides/practices
