Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel (Integrations) to support integrations and operations activities in platform affiliation and growth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and close integrations-related commercial contracts
• Partner with internal teams to assess contracting needs during the integrations process
• Provide legal guidance on affiliation transactions and manage assigned projects to completion

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Member of a state or DC bar
• 3-7 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
