State Licensed Counsel II

Job Summary

Supporting the North America Commercial Contracts team, the full-time Counsel II will negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements while working remotely within a dynamic healthcare technology organization.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements, including master agreements and confidentiality agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract alignment with company policies
• Provide legal guidance and interpretation of contractual terms to internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Experience as in-house counsel, particularly with technology transactions and SaaS offerings
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret legal and business terms effectively
• Proven track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills
