Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Country Finance Manager to oversee financial activities across multiple entities in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
• Oversee compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations
• Mentor and manage a regional finance team, providing training and support to ensure team effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting within high-tech companies
• Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems, with experience in Netsuite preferred
• Significant experience in a global environment with knowledge of diverse financial regulations
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting
