Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Sr. Underwriter/Portfolio Manager II, Large Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite new credit requests and manage existing loan portfolios through continuous credit monitoring
Analyze financial information and complete credit analyses for commercial transactions
Partner with relationship managers throughout the deal process and maintain accurate risk ratings for commercial credits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7 years' experience in complex credit underwriting or financial analysis role
Experience in underwriting large, complex commercial clients
Deep understanding of financial regulatory environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
