Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience; call center or insurance experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Producer/Agent Property and Casualty license required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
