Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve their expected ROI
• Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized training programs
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing troubleshooting requests

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (law degree) with bar admission in at least one state
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney preferred
• Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms highly desired
• Strong sales and customer-centric aptitude with a revenue focus
• Experience in adult training/education and a passion for learning about new technology
