Job Summary

State Licensed Demand Generation Associate drives outbound acquisition efforts in a full-time role by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential prospects to build a customer pipeline for VIP player acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand generation efforts from initial prospect research through light qualification and handoff
• Source and enrich prospective player data through public research, internal tools, and referrals
• Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Competitive and proactive mindset for outbound outreach and relationship-building
• Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Coachability and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
