Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director / Vice President, Deputy General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation docket and develop litigation strategies
• Provide legal guidance on operational, employment, and governance matters
• Lead negotiation of complex contracts and oversee outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal training
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 12 years of legal experience
• Strong background in employment law and nonprofit environments
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on high-risk matters
