Required Qualifications

• Active membership with a U.S. state bar, or equivalent
• 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience at a top-tier law firm or leading financial institution
• Substantial expertise in cryptocurrency and digital assets law
• Experience in strategic institutional trading, prime brokerage, or custody
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing legal teams in a growth-oriented environment
