State Licensed Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Semiconductor Design Manager to oversee semiconductor manufacturing projects with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design team for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring projects meet client requirements and quality standards
• Manage project resources and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Develop technical and financial proposals while maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years in a leadership role
• Five (5) years of experience specifically in semiconductor design
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License preferred
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal judgment skills
