State Licensed Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Semiconductor Design Manager, Data Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team for semiconductor manufacturing facilities to ensure project quality and timely delivery
• Manage project resources and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients and team members
• Oversee quality checks, develop proposals, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
• Ten years of relevant experience, including two years in a leadership role
• Experience in semiconductor design is preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles and manage team dynamics effectively
