Job Summary

To support a growing brokerage operations team, the remote contract State Licensed Designated Broker will oversee all brokerage activities within a designated state, ensuring compliance with regulations while mentoring regional brokers and licensed agents.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance of brokerage activities, including marketing and transaction oversight, with state and federal laws
• Supervise and mentor Regional Brokers and licensed agents, providing guidance and training

Required qualifications:

• Active real estate broker license in the state with continuing education in real estate and compliance
• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of state real estate laws and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership experience in brokerage operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
