State Licensed Designated Broker

Job Summary

To support the Brokerage Operations team, the contract State Licensed Designated Broker will oversee brokerage activities within a designated state, ensuring compliance with regulations while mentoring regional brokers and agents in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance of all brokerage activities, including marketing and transaction oversight, with state and federal laws
• Supervise and mentor Regional Brokers and licensed agents, providing ongoing training and performance management

Required qualifications:

• Active real estate broker license in the state with continuing education in real estate, management, and legal compliance
• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven leadership experience in brokerage operations and agent mentorship
• In-depth knowledge of state real estate laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
