Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time hourly position, a State Licensed Desktop Investigator will conduct insurance and fraud investigations through phone and online research, making up to 75 outbound calls daily and writing detailed reports to support case outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Review case documentation and plan investigative strategies based on client instructions
  • Conduct research using public and private databases, social media, and open-source tools
  • Coordinate with field investigators by providing insights and updates on cases
Required qualifications
  • Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License as required by the state
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret complex information accurately
  • Possess an associate's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Have exposure to the healthcare industry or understand basic medical terminology (preferred)
  • Exhibit professionalism and persistence when communicating with third parties
