Job Summary

State Licensed Director of Advisory, responsible for overseeing commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects in a full-time remote role, including report completion, client engagement, and coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reports to client-ready standards
• Originate select work and partner with leadership to identify targets
• Coach analysts and assist in inspections while managing assignments

Required Qualifications

• State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 1 year holding CG license
• Mastery of complex concepts within the chosen sector
• Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management/account management
• Participation in ongoing professional development programs
• Ability to pull temporary practice permits as required
