Job Summary
Providing leadership for IT clinical domains, the full-time remote Director of Ancillary & Clinical Systems will oversee EMR strategy and implementation while ensuring alignment with governance teams and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IT clinical domains including Nursing, Therapies, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Surgery, Anesthesia, and Laboratory IT
- Serve as the primary IT lead for EMR planning and execution, collaborating with implementation partners and leadership
- Act as a liaison with governance teams to ensure EMR implementation is strategically aligned and operationally coordinated
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in EMR implementations and healthcare operations
