State Licensed Director of Virtual Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Virtual Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the multidisciplinary Care Team
• Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and refine clinical programs
• Track clinical outcomes and key performance indicators to improve patient engagement and health outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (e.g., NP, PA, RD, RN, LCSW) with active U.S. licensure
• 10+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams in digital health or virtual care organizations
• Experience in lifestyle medicine, preventive health, or chronic disease management
