Job Summary

A company is looking for a CaseSmart Counsel, Discovery attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate discovery strategies and evaluate options in consultation with case teams
• Draft various written discovery requests and manage documents in the Relativity environment
• Collaborate with e-Discovery counsel and prepare key evidence for depositions and motions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with employment law cases
• Active bar license in the candidate's state of residence
• Experience handling the discovery processes for litigation matters
• Ability to utilize document and evidence management platforms, including Relativity
• Capability to navigate complex e-Discovery issues
