Job Summary

Managing multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Sr eDiscovery Project Manager will oversee project execution, advise clients on eDiscovery strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies, including collection, processing, and document review
• Lead project communication meetings and maintain project timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience; MA in a relevant field is a strong plus
• 5+ years of eDiscovery Project Management experience with a services vendor or major law firm
• Expert-level knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms, with Relativity Certified Administration (RCA) certification required
• Experience with analytics capabilities of eDiscovery tools and best practice workflows
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines effectively
