State Licensed Education Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Specialist to support NASA's Office of STEM Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, placement, and onboarding of MAIANSE students in NASA internships
• Serve as the liaison between NASA and eligible institutions, promoting engagement opportunities
• Collect and report on engagement metrics and data for MAIANSE funding and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, STEM, Project Management)
• At least 4 years of experience in education, project management, or program coordination
• Teaching certificate and/or license
• Experience working with Minority Serving Institutions in STEM education
• Familiarity with NASA's mission and STEM engagement goals
