Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Senior Employment Counsel for Strategic Recruiting and Retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on recruitment and retention design and governance
• Draft and negotiate various employment-related agreements and manage legal risks
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited U.S. law school
• Member of applicable State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant private practice and/or in-house experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
• Ability to comprehend and analyze complex business documents
