Key Responsibilities

• Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion
• Draft position statements and respond to agency requests for information
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of employment law experience
• Experience with administrative agency charges at federal and state levels
• Active bar license in the state of residence
• Experience in drafting persuasive position statements
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
