Key Responsibilities
- Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion
- Draft position statements and respond to agency requests for information
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of employment law experience
- Experience with administrative agency charges at federal and state levels
- Active bar license in the state of residence
- Experience in drafting persuasive position statements
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
