State Licensed Employment Law Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time State Licensed Employment Law Counsel, the position will advise on a range of employment and labor law issues, draft and review related documents, and manage prelitigation disputes while reporting to the Global Head of Labor and Employment.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise business partners and executives on employment and labor law issues, including compliance and performance management
• Draft and review employment-related documents such as contracts, policies, and agreements
• Manage prelitigation disputes and support internal compliance investigations related to employment practices

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited U.S. law school
• Member of the applicable State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant private practice and/or in-house experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse leadership styles
• Experience in conducting training on employment-related issues
