Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Employment and Litigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on multi-jurisdictional employment laws and advise HR professionals on legislative changes
  • Manage employment litigation and supervise outside counsel, including responding to administrative agency charges
  • Draft employment-related documents and review internal policies for regulatory compliance


Required Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Minimum 10 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in-house or with a national/regional law firm
  • Experience as a litigator at a national or regional law firm is preferred
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state
