Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endocrinologist to lead the clinical management of patients with diabetes in a virtual care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct telehealth care in the virtual Diabetes Clinic, focusing 80% of time on diabetes care
• Engage in clinical supervision and project-based work to develop the Diabetes Clinic care model
• Collaborate with care coordination teams to facilitate access to in-person endocrinology care when necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• Board certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Comfortable delivering virtual-first diabetes care through telehealth and remote monitoring
• Experience in value-based care models is preferred
• Willingness to obtain licensure in all markets served by the company
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
