Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surrogate Engagement Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end medical record review process, evaluating surrogate applicant eligibility with clinical precision
• Partner with Health Information Specialists to obtain and assess medical records, prioritizing by applicant lead score
• Maintain applicant profiles and clinical data in Salesforce, ensuring records are organized and audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing (RN required)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in IVF or OB/GYN
• Above-average technical proficiency with CRM platforms and digital record management
• Personal or professional connection to the fertility field strongly preferred
