Job Summary
Providing senior-level technical guidance, the full-time remote State Licensed EPC Technical Director will manage Environmental & Property Condition (EPC) assessments, oversee technical staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering team development and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and prepare technical reports adhering to industry standards
- Manage and mentor technical staff, ensuring quality control and risk management across projects
- Review complex environmental assessments and serve as the principal technical reviewer for reports and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards
- At least ten years of client management experience, including account development and service management
- Two years of supervisory experience with direct report responsibilities
- Preferred current Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist license or registration
