Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Equity Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration to an enterprise-grade equity management system and oversee daily equity program operations
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to manage stock-based compensation accounting and support SEC filings
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and develop best practices for equity processes
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in equity administration, with at least 10 years in a public company setting
  • Bachelor's Degree and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation required
  • Experience with SEC reporting and proxy disclosures
  • Proven experience in leading equity platform migrations or system implementations
  • Strong understanding of equity award lifecycle management
