Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Escrow Officer (remote, PST working hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements
• Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and ensure compliance with company policy
• Prepare legal documents for closing and manage the disbursement of funds according to contract terms

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow-related experience
• Experience directly handling escrow transactions
• Valid Licensing/Certification as required by applicable state
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Openness to new technology and proprietary programs
