Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainability Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise business units on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks, including regulatory compliance and disclosures
• Support ESG reporting and ensure alignment with evolving global standards
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments on climate, human rights, and supply chain due diligence, providing actionable guidance

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing as an attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental, or corporate governance law
• Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations
• Ability to work cross-functionally
